Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (USPS First-Class Mail).
Orders under $75 will display shipping rates at checkout.
All packages ship via USPS unless otherwise noted.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at aloralinks@gmail.com within 2 business days of placing your order.

Corrected address
If the order has already shipped, we are unable to change the address. You may contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 to request a package intercept.
If Your Package Is Returned to Us
If your package is returned due to:

incorrect address

incomplete address
-
failure to pick up

forwarding expiration
We will notify you via email.
You must cover the reshipping fee to have the item sent again.
Once we receive your package, we will send you a payment link for the reshipment.
Production Time
Our current production time is 3–4 business days.
During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, production time may extend. Any changes will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS. Delivery estimates:

International transit times vary by destination and customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear on USPS.com.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)
Customs and import duties are not included in your purchase price.
These fees are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Not all orders incur duties, but we recommend checking your local regulations to avoid surprises.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Alora Links Jewelry is not responsible for:

packages marked “delivered” by USPS, or

delays caused by USPS, customs, or international carriers.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting USPS directly to open a case.
