At Alora Links Jewelry, we want every piece you wear to feel special — like a little sparkle of joy. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you get it sorted quickly and kindly. 💗

💕Our Return Window

You have 5 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To qualify, your item must be:

Unworn
In the same condition you received it
In original packaging
With proof of purchase

Anything worn, altered, or damaged after delivery won’t be eligible.

How to Start a Return

Email us at aloralinks@gmail.com within the 5-day window.

Return Shipping:

If the issue was our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, order error), we’ll happily send you a free prepaid return label.
If the return is not our error, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Please contact us before shipping anything back — items returned without approval cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

Want to exchange for another style?

Email us to request an exchange.
Once we receive the item back and inspect it, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
We will ship your new piece right out to you.

Return shipping rules apply (see above).

EU & International Orders — 5 Day Return Window

For EU and international customers:
You also have 5 days from receiving your package to request a return or exchange.

Items must still be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you with an update.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days, back to your original payment method.
Please note your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it.
